My name is Cem Ugurlu. As a freelance BI specialist, consultant and data engineer, I help industrial and enterprise organisations measurably reduce manual reporting effort. Pragmatismus und Priorisierung gehören dazu: Ich empfehle den Weg mit dem besten Verhältnis aus Aufwand und Wirkung, auch wenn das heißt, ein Vorhaben kleiner zu schneiden oder davon abzuraten.
Pragmatism and prioritisation are part of the job: I recommend the path with the best effort-to-impact ratio — even when that means scoping a project down or advising against it.
